*More About Naomi Maza*

I use a trauma-informed eclectic approach and humility to aid you in finding your true self. I have worked with clients that are hard on themselves, whether it be as new parents/caregivers, as overwhelmed professionals, or as stressed out students of all ages and paths in life. Life shifts can be scary, and I walk alongside to help there be a pause, reflection, and shift. My schedule is open for evenings and limited weekends due to the complexities that clients may have.

*What to Expect From Our Work Together*

Together, we can go through processing your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. In our sessions, we can uncover patterns and trends to your actions and practice skills if applicable. Our sessions are there to empower you to leave our sessions with effective tools or release of emotions/thoughts. Self-preservation starts here.

*What you Need to Know About Me*

I am a licensed master social worker in Arizona. I have my graduate degree in social work and my undergraduate degree in social work and criminal justice, with a specialty in Spanish. Hablo español o sometimes Spanglish, depending on the day. A more important fact about me is that I have a tuxedo cat that adopted me. When I am not spending time with her or being a therapist, I am spending time with loved ones, eating a yummy Peruvian dish, traveling, and just trying to be human.
