With experience in the mental and medical health industry, I approach Therapy through the Integrated Healthcare lens, meaning, I value and recognize all aspects of health and wellbeing and how it influences our daily lives. I can firmly communicate that if we are not a match, we can explore how to get you to someone who can meet your needs. Therapy can be a very overwhelming process and journey and so my responsibility is not only to provide genuine therapeutic services, but to reassure you of an authentic connection. Without this connection, your therapy journey may not be able to reach the depths of its truest potential for healing. Overall, my priority is you and your needs. You can expect to critically think and engage in insightful therapeutic conversations within a customized safe space. I firmly believe that therapy is a 50/50 relationship. Although I may facilitate therapy, you are the true expert of your own life. I am simply here to empower you towards self discovery and develop self empowerment, healing, and awareness.

I am a proud Samoan Mental Health Clinician within the state of Arizona. I hold a Bachelors of Social Work from Utah Valley University, a Masters of Social Work from Arizona State University, and a Doctorate in Behavioral Health also from Arizona State University. My career is centered around bringing forth accessible and professional Mental Healthcare to the Pacific Islander community, and while doing so, serving residents of Arizona.
